The reinforcing chord for bailey bridges is to improve the bending resistance of the bridge and exert the shear resistance of the truss web. The reinforcing chord is connected to the truss with chord bolts. The reinforcing chord is provided with male and female heads at both ends, and a support frame hole and a chord bolt hole in the middle. The chord bolt hole plate is reverse welded on one side of the rod, so that the chord nut connecting the reinforcing chord and the truss will not be exposed, so as to ensure that the bridge can pass through the roller smoothly when it is pushed out.
The support frame 730 for bailey bridges is connected to the four-row truss with support bolts, and the support frame 480 is connected to the double-row truss with support bolts to form a whole. When erecting a single-story bridge, install one at the central horizontal position of the top surface of each truss (or reinforcing chord); the installation position of the four-row bridge support frame is the same as that of the double-row bridge. The above-mentioned diagonal braces, support frames and connecting plates are equipped with hollow conical sleeves. If the sleeves cannot be completely pressed into the holes during installation, just tighten the bolts, and the sleeves can be introduced into the holes.
